WHAT’S INCLUDED

Small Group Training

Train alongside up to 10 driven individuals in a supportive, results-focused environment. Each session combines strength, conditioning, and mobility to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence. Our small group allows for a more detailed and hands-on approach.

Class Times: 50-minutes Tuesdays 6-6:50 pm / Thursdays 5:30-6:20 PM

Programming

Our training is progressive and purposeful you’ll know exactly what to do and how to improve each week. You’ll get access to our training app, where you can log your weights, sets, and reps, track your progress, and even continue training if you’re traveling during the six weeks. Every detail is designed to help you stay consistent and see measurable results.

Habit + Nutrition Coaching

Your transformation goes beyond the gym. Inside our private SKOOL course, you’ll find self-guided lessons, video tutorials, and practical resources that teach you how to fuel your body for your goals without the guesswork or overwhelm.

Two 1:1 Coaching Calls

You’ll receive two private 30-minute calls to help you stay clear and accountable. Your onboarding call sets the foundation—covering your goals, nutrition plan, and strategy for success. Your final call focuses on next steps, so you can maintain your results and momentum long after the program ends.

  • Our app allows you to take our program on the go. The classes are on a use or lose basis but you will still have the program to do on your own including the nutrition coaching.

  • Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Thursdays at 5:30 PM

  • 50 minutes. This allows us to get in a great workout and allow us to close up to allow for other training coming in after class.

  • Our classes will be hosted inside of FLEX gym located in Courthouse Arlington.

  • Both Tuesday and Thursday will be total body workouts however they will be different from each other. Our program will keep the same core movements throughout the program to focus on progressive overload. Each workout will focus on strength training, conditioning, and mobility.
